Vinification Process The grapes of our own production, were carefully selected, hand-harvested and cold macerated for eight days. The must was then subjected to fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 27ºC to 40ºC of this wine was then aged for six months in French and American oak barrels. | Bottle Size 750 ml |
