Salmon pink colour with cherry coloured reflections. Intense berry fruit on the nose: strawberries, raspberries and cherries particularly.
Excellent as an aperitif and with antipasti, light pasta dishes, shellfish and seafood. To be drunk while still young.

Vinification Process
After harvesting, 85% of perfectly ripe Refosco grapes are freshly vinified while the remaining 15% undergo appassimento for approximately 50 days. Soft pressing and about 2 hours maceration in the press at 10°C complete the process.		   Bottle Size
